A fashion company encounters compliance hurdles due to manual order and shipment data entry. To streamline operations, GHIT proposes implementing a Middleware, automating data transfer from a logistic company’s AS/400 system to fashion company’s SAM system. This solution aims to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order processing and logistics management. However, integrating the middleware across six countries presents logistical and operational challenges.
Overcoming these hurdles while ensuring seamless data transmission is crucial for maintaining supply chain integrity and meeting compliance standards across diverse markets like Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
