A leading conglomerate with diverse business interests, encountered difficulties managing a vast array of assets across multiple locations. Tracking asset geolocations proved inefficient. To tackle this, the company opted to develop an in-house software solution for streamlined asset management and geolocation tracking.
Project Scope
The project began with a thorough evaluation of a leading conglomerate’s current asset management processes and systems. Assets were identified with assigned asset numbers, and their geolocations were integrated into the asset management software. Subsequently, assets were tracked and managed using the software. The project culminated in the software’s deployment across the company’s operations.
Our team successfully managed to track the assets and their locations with more than 1000 shops throughout the country.
Python and Java technology played a pivotal role in extracting information from paper records. Other supporting tools, ensured secure and efficient data integration throughout the project.
